BOARDING POLICY / REQUIREMENTS
Boarding Requirements
For the safety of all pets and our family environment, the following requirements apply for pet boarding.
Vaccinations required
All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations before boarding.
This helps protect all pets staying in the home.
Dogs must be friendly and non-aggressive
We cannot accept aggressive dogs.
Dogs must be safe around people and children, as there are children in the home.
If a dog shows aggressive behavior, the stay may need to be ended early.
Potty training required
Dogs must be trained to go potty outside or use pee pads.
We cannot accept dogs that are not house-trained.
Spay / neuter information required
Owners must inform us if the dog is not neutered or spayed.
This helps us keep a safe and controlled environment.
Veterinarian information required
We must have your veterinarian’s contact information before boarding.
This is only used in case of emergency.
Food and personal items
Owners must provide:
• Food
• Bed or blanket
• Medication (if needed)
• Toys (optional)
Familiar items help reduce stress during the stay.
Supervision and playpen use
Dogs stay in a home environment and are supervised.
For safety, dogs may stay in a playpen or separated area during the night or when direct supervision is not possible.
This helps prevent accidents and keeps all pets safe.
Updates during the stay
We send photos and videos during boarding so you can see how your pet is doing.
Right to refuse service
We reserve the right to refuse boarding if a pet shows aggressive behavior, health concerns, or unsafe behavior.
Our priority is safety for all pets and family members.
